  • 2. What is the physical level for the tours?
    We try to keep it simple and exciting. You go at your own pace or opt for a short break or other assistance if you need it. There are no set schedules, so you really get to make the tour your own. We will advice you along the way.
  • 3. Can I arrange my own itinerary?
    We welcome you to create your own tailored made tour. We would provide advice and tips for you to plan your own itinerary. We are open to conversations and relationships so we can customize your journey.
  • 4. I have a disability; can I book the tour you provide?
    Yes, we welcome customers with disabilities. The tour can be modified to meet their specific needs
  • 1. Can I opt out of certain activities?
    We make every effort to provide a great experience, but if we have an activity, you do not want to do for any reason, please let us know. There is no refund for opting out of an activity.
  • 2. Do I get any free time?
    Yes. The idea of 'free time' can mean different things for different people. We are flexible and will gladly arrange some time for you to relax and enjoy on your own. Take your time to relax on the holiday and explore, you’re on a self-guided tour.
  • 1. What is the type of rooms included?
    Be it a honeymoon trip or a family vacation, we have set apart our rooms to suit your preferences. Whether you like to stay in twin sharing or superior queen bedroom — we are sure you will find your home away from home here.
  • 2. What are the facilities provided in the hotels/chalets/homestays?
    The hotel/chalets/homestay premises have facilities that provide you with a pleasant stay. The restaurant serves fine meals for all guests, as well as hot shower heaters and water heaters for coffee and tea so that you can enjoy your stay even more.
  • 3. Are there any facilities to do laundry?
    Unfortunately, there are no facilities to do laundry. However, we can arrange to bring you to a local self-service laundry for you to do your laundry.
  • 4. Is there any internet signal at the location of tours?
    Yes. However, some of our tours are in areas that have limited internet access or no mobile phone signal.
  • 1. What type of transport do we use?
    We use airconditioned 10-seater vans and MPVs that ensure comfort and safety during the journey.
  • 2. Do you provide any service to book flights?
    Unfortunately, we're unable to provide any services for booking flights currently.
  • 3. What time should we arrive?
    We recommend that you take the morning flight. This is to avoid any delays or arriving a day in advance. If you wish for us to arrange for Airport pick up for you, please contact us for a reasonable fee.
  • 4. Flight Delayed, what should we do now?
    We can be reached at any time for any questions or concerns about your trip. Keep us informed about any schedule changes, and we'll do our best to help plan your next step.
  • 1. I have a newborn child less than 3 years old, can I bring my child along for the tours?
    We welcome guests with infants, however, on certain tours we advise not to, as we are concern of your precious little one comfortability.
  • 2. Is child seat and stroller welcomed on the transportation?
    Yes! We are proud to say that all our transportation is fixed with ISO fix for your child seat. Baby strollers are also welcome. We provide clean, comfortable transportation for you and your children.
  • 1. What is the limit of person I can book for?
    You can book for as many people as you like! We just ask that only 1 person is in charge of the booking to help us easily communicate with you.
